I have a terraced rental property which has had a damp problem for several years, an injection DPC was done by the previous owner about 15 years ago, but damp was still a problem. I tried to solve the problem about 2 years ago myself by drilling the joints, but the damp still re-appeared. I made an initial contact and both Andy and Becky called out. Both were very knowledgeable and thorough. Quote was quick and competitive. I know from experience that this sort of work ie hacking off and replacing plastering can be very messy. Work was carried out to high standard and the lads on site followed my requests and cleaned up after themselves each night. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder and would have no hesitation in using their services again. It is reassuring to deal with a building company that professionally and has a customer focus.
